The art of blog writing

When one of my cousins who was in seventh standard asked me bout my blog address some three years ago I didn’t even knew what blog was so the first thing I did was was google and tried to find out what exactly a blog is and how is it written? So fortunately when I got into the self proclaimed premier institute of IT and Mgmt in India i have been thinking of penning down my sensitivities into the so called web logs. So then started my odyssey of sorts in the “blog world” which ultimately has made me a blog writer for about 6 months now and a ardent reader from double the time I been penning them down. So it all started when I saw my cousin writing a blog about his ordeal when he was tangled in Ahmedabad during the Gujarat riots and then only milestones came but the journey of sorts continued on and on and hopefully it will never end….in whatever journey u undertake one gathers memories which are unforgettable and notable ,the one that I cherish the most is Rohit(real name not disclosed) writing a blog and having a thesaurus in his lap so that he could find out more ardous synonyms of the words that came to his mind… this he said made his work more distinguishable.According to him the more times his readers took the dictionary to find out the meanings of the words written by him the more successful he will think he is. Another technique which people commonly employ is that they read a poem and then get the gist of it so that they can jot it down into a article so that the people can read it… but the thing I assure is that my work is purely real n authentic even if it is not distinguishable and lacking ardous words….i don’t mind that people read it or not I rather don’t like giving my blog address to anyone so if anyone finds it by serendipity and doesn’t have to see the dictionary I wud rather like to recommend you to improve your literary tastes so that you have a nice selection of blogs you read . I haven’t written this for me, this is my creation and this is for me only and seriously I don’t give a damn that someone reads it or not .. So if ur reading please stop and lodge down and do something more fruitful to you. Just go away

It seems I am the first one to comment on your blog and for that I am glad. I am amazed that you have such a great cousin, I didn't definitely didn't know about blogs when I was in the 7th grade, maybe it is because it was not invented then. Anyway at that time internet was not as popular as it is today. But that does not stop your cousin from being a smart kid.

So it all started when I saw my cousin writing a blog about his ordeal when he was tangled in Ahmedabad during the Gujarat riots...

wooooh. The same cousin here? I hope he was not harmed in any way either physically or psychology. It may have been a terrible ordeal for someone so young.

According to him the more times his readers took the dictionary to find out the meanings of the words written by him the more successful he will think he is..

I know a lots like them. They find a fancy word in the newspaper or in a magazine, and they will use it all day and forgot it tomorrow. And the thesaurus is the Bible to them. They consult it everytime they want to write something. I am not saying it is bad ( please refer to my blog about bad not being bad and good not being good )for it is not. Everyone for his own need.

I read them all, for if a person can write poems by writing whimsical words on sheeps and making them mixed up to form sonnets, why not a person write a blog using a thesaurus. It seems more sensical then arranging sheeps to write poetry.

But ofcouse, I love reading the original raw emotions and feelings rather than a superficial unreal thing that was snatched out of a thesaurus, no matter now good and fancy the words he chosed.

...but the thing I assure is that my work is purely real n authentic even if it is not distinguishable and lacking ardous words ...

I do belive that this is 'purely real n authentic' work of yours. How could it not be when it has so many spelling and gramatical mistakes. But the beauty of it is even with all the mistakes one cannot miss all the rawness of the things that poured out of your heart which is still crude and unprocessed through the malice of the mind. And that is a thousand better than fancy words or distinguishable lines taken out of some fancy poems.

So if ur reading please stop and lodge down and do something more fruitful to you. Just go away

Sorry can't resist the temptation of reading something which is fascinatingly meaningful in its own way. Uh, oh, no? Ok, I am going away.
